Hunter Mill Estates manages the billing for the community water. There is a $150 One Time Application Fee for new Renters in addition to the monthly water fee of $45.

State Farm provides Renter's Insurance and we recommend Kevin Dick in Statesboro. He can be reached at 1-912-764-6195 or via email at kevin.dick.ri3t@statefarm.com You are not required to use this provider, but you are required to obtain and keep Renter's Insurance throughout your lease.
